If you have conserns about using a credit card on the internet you may choose the check by mail option at checkout. You will recieve an email with further instructions on payment. When payment is received and funds are in our account we will order shippment of your order.

FRAUD- We have a very active merchant bank that checks the validity of every credit card presented on this site. If your Name and Address does not match the card that you are using do not use it. No merchandise will be shipped until the card is cleared. Also remember that we have your Name, Address, Shipping address, Email and Phone number and that this information will be used to every extent of the law. You agree to obey all laws and understand that we will prosecute all users who attempt to commit fraud with our system.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us of the problem. We will provide you with a return address where you can send the product. Once it is received, we will immediately have the funds returned back to you or replace the product at your discretion. At GQM INC we strive to exceed your expectations. All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, e-mail us at gqminc@msn.com please provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, Custom sized Rings, customized or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. And sales on these items are final. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns unless the item was sent in error by us. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.

REPLICA WATCH RETURNS

If you are returning Replica Watch products for exchange / refund:

• All products must be post-marked no later than 3 days after you have received your product
• The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW – this means that it must never have been worn, nor unpacked. Once you have worn your replica watch, the exchange/refund policy is void. This also means that the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be intact and not removed

If you are returning Replica Watch products for warranty:

• If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or lesser value.

TAX AND DUTIES - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any international customs taxes or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.

The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. GQM INC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS
We currently do not ship to certain countries. Please note that GQM INC reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.

RESTRICTIONS
From time to time we are unable to ship certain items internationally. Currently we cannot ship Gifts and Sterling Silver internationally due to certain distribution agreements.

ALL SHIPMENTS MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 3 business days at which time the order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided if available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
